CONARTIST AND ABUSIVE! He set up a estimate to trim a tree at $300/hour (more than my dentist who went to school for several years) and I do not have the money to do it right now. He is saying he will come anyhow as the estimate is also a contract and we have no choice. Also he put a huge ugly sign up in our fron yard that we removed only to have Brian Bush come yelling at our door and scaring our child.

Brian had his nursing license taken away from him so now he expects me to pay for lost job (we didn't need his abuse either), we do not think $300 dollars an hour is a decent rate and we cannot afford it right now. No date was set for the job, it was pending as we had asked for an estimate.

Here's how the conversation went at our door:

Brian E Bush: Hi, it's Brian with Bush's Tree Removal Services.

ME: Yes, I remember, sorry we haven't called you money is a bit tight to rush the job (Brian gives me a dirty look here, this seems to have triggered something uneasy).

Brian E Bush: I see the sign is gone I let you have out front.

ME: Yes, around here we consent with the neighbours before erecting things in our front yard.

Brian E Bush: Well people do not usually have a problem (snotty like attitude tone) with that, you are the first.

ME: It wasn't a problem, we aren’t upset, it's around back. Also, businesses usually ask permission to post signs or offer a discount.

Brian E Bush: WELL, IF YOU THINK YOU NEED MORE OF A DISCOUNT THEN YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF ANOTHER TREE SERVICE (being loud and very rude)! NOW WHERE IS MY SIGN!

ME: Well if you are going to be like Brian, you can just get off my property!

Brian E Bush: It's city property. I will come and do the work anyhow, we have a contract you cannot stop me!

Well then if we have a contract, that sign is mine that you gave me, give it back then?

He walks towards me and says 'COME AND GET IT' with his hands calling me to him in a threatening matter. I reply 'Is that a threat?', he justs laughs with an evil grin glaring his eyes at me (I WAS SCARED HE WAS GOING TO ATTACK LIKE A WILD BEAST).
