Bought a gift card for $180.00, still had almost $130.00 left. Gave gift card to one of the workers to change amount and I couldnt remember if she gave the card back..... They say because I "lost" the gift card it is not their responsibility and I am out of $130.00. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I cant believe a so called "business" would not have some way to keep track of the gift cards they sell. Its so ridiculous because the girl who did my nails (whom I only went to every visit) kept track herself how much was left on the gift card. Its clear to me she just stole my money. She wouldnt even take the word of her own employee!!! The owner needs some public relation skills.
